You must be an ArtsConnectEd registered user to add a slide to an Art Collector Set.  If you are not a registered user, you can add a slide to a Temporary Set.  See The Difference Between Art Collector Sets and Temporary Sets for more information.

To become an ArtsConnectEd registered user, see Registration Help.  To add a slide to an Art Collector Set:

1. Login to ArtsConnectEd:
   • Click the SIGN IN button in the top left-hand corner of the Web page.
   • Enter the Username and Password you created when you registered.
   • Click the SIGN IN button again.
2. Click the ART FINDER button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Use the tabs and filters (see Figure 1) to find an item you want to add to the Slide.   
   Note: See Search for an Item for help finding items and using filters in ArtsConnectEd.
4. Once the item you want to add is displayed in the search results (see Figure 2), click the yellow plus sign in the lower right-hand corner of the item.  The Add to Set dialogue box appears (see Figure 3).
5. From the dropdown list on the dialogue box (see Figure 3), select the Set to which you want to add the Slide.
   Note: If you have not already created a set see Create an Art Collector Set for help.
6. Click the Add button on the Add to Set dialog box.  A slide is created for the selected item and that Slide is added to the selected Set.

To view the added Slide, select the Set you added the Slide to from the Select Set dropdown list in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (see Figure 4) and click the GO button. 

ArtsConnectEd opens the selected Set’s detail page.  Scroll to the bottom of the Set’s detail page, and you will see the added slide (see Figure 5).
