- "Transformation
Dreams" worksheet. Assess amount of detail given to the drawing and
the writing of the quest.
Is it developed enough to give a solid start on the art work? Is
there evidence of careful thought?
- Participation in group
discussions and internet research. Was the student actively involved and a
contributor to the discussion? Did the student use correct vocabulary when
discussing their work and ideas?
- Completion of the
transformation mask. Did the student complete the work? Does the mask show
the transformation from their human form to their animal form? Were the
elements and principles used appropriately and successfully? Were the
mediums used successfully for the task?
- Fill in the
"Teacher Feedback Checklist" and have the students complete and
turn in the "Student and Teacher Feedback Checklist". See
below.
