Sphere

You are looking at Sphere, a large metal-and-glass sculpture by Ed Carpenter. It is hanging at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. This work was made as part of the University of Minnesota's Public Art on Campus program. When any new building is constructed or an older one is renovated at the University, some of the money for the building is used for art. This program has allowed many works of art to be placed around the campus.
