How does looking up at trees make you feel?

When she was young, Verburg and her family would watch slide shows of her father's photographs. She loved how photographs made her feel and remember different things. Now Verburg is a photographer herself and wants her art to make people think and feel.

Winters are long and cold in Minnesota! People wear heavy winter coats and hunch over when they walk outside. Verburg wanted people to stretch out when they were inside the building, not only with their bodies, but also with their minds. How do you feel when you look up at trees, at clouds, and at stars? Verburg wanted people to feel that peaceful feeling when they saw this project.
