I've never seen anything like this!

That's because the artist invented this technique of putting photographs on glass. She wasn't sure how to do it, so she asked questions and talked to people with different kinds of experience. These two projects took more than three years to make. The artist got help from more than 100 people! The windows were made by computer. Verburg put the photos into a computer using a scanner. Then she made a collage, or a composition of different images, on the computer and printed it out. Then the photos were printed onto glass.
