This house was built in 1913 for the family of William Gray Purcell. It sits near Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis, Minnesota. William Purcell was an architect himself. He had some definite ideas for his new house. With the help of his business partner, George Elmslie, he designed the house he imagined and brought it to life.
