REMEMBERING LIKE JUDY: STUDYING THE WORK OF JUDY ONOFRIO

USING OUR OWN MEMORYWARE

DIANE SCULLY'S REFLECTION
The 2001-2002 school year at Central Middle School, in Columbia Heights, was all about the work of Judy Onofrio. My eighth grade art electives, Art 8 and Crafts 8, participated in the "Judy Onofrio Project". For the first semester I had my Art 8 students. We worked on uncovering information about Judy Onofrio's work through research on the website, communication directly with her, scanning and analysis of her work, and to see how we could take our own personal journey using memoryware.
