Judi Petkau is the Youth Programs Coordinator at the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota. She previously worked for Young Audiences of Minnesota, worked as visiting artist-in-residence and has taught elementary art in Austin, Texas. Judi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Kent State University in Ohio. She received K-12 teaching certification and a Master of Arts degree in Museum Education from the University of Texas, at Austin.

Judi enjoys working with students, teachers, artists and administrators to develop strong connections to the Weisman’s collections and temporary exhibitions. She coordinates the tour and school and youth programs, teacher training, tour guide training and curriculum development.
