Anthony Green was a thoughtful and careful observer of life, real and imaginary. Try being such an observer yourself. Spend some time in a public place--a park, airport, mall, or restaurant--and observe people interacting in groups. Choose subjects to use in a work of art. Imagine a scene from their lives. Where might they live? What would their living room look like? Who would their friends be? Where would they go on vacation? Make a drawing or painting of your imagined scene.
