| May 15th-18th, 2000:
As the school year was quickly coming to an end, the pictographs were painted and the petroglyphs were carved into the drying clay rattles. We used under glazes and toothpicks. The written assessment was taken. The students took the "Talking Rock" survey again. This time they took it as a test! May 26th, 2000: On the last day of Art we took the "Talking Rocks" outside and shared our stories with one another! I took photographs of various groups of kids with their rocks. They were all very happy with their rocks! All the "rocks" rattled! |
