Information on the Summary Sheet identifies:

- the significance of the story for the community, area, or state actions suitable for a theater production
- settings suitable for a theater production
- a beginning point that is appropriate
- a mid-point for the story that is reasonable
- an ending point that is effective.


The Elements of Story/Scenes Summary Sheet develops:

- scenes that tell the story in sequence
- actions within each scene that are logical and make sense
- settings that are appropriate for each scene
- characters that are important and have a reason to be in the scene.


The Dialogue Sheet identifies dialogue necessary to communicate

- the story where action isn't enough.

 

The Scene Script Sheet develops:

- dialogue that is appropriate to each character
- stage directions that are helpful.


The Autobiography of My Character sheet identifies:

- movements and voice to create a character
- a role in the community and relationships with others for the character
- an emotional background and personality for the character
- props/costumes to visualize and portray the character.


The character performance demonstrates:

- voice and language that fit the character
- movements that fit the character
- emotional responses that fit the character and scene.


Overall Comments (information about student progress, quality of the work, next steps for teacher and student, needed adjustments in the teaching and learning processes, and problems to be addressed):
