Special Notes:

For the entire theater production project:

1. The students could be asked to individually evaluate their group's theater production as a whole. A structured response for the other elements of the production such as those that accompany the dance task should be provided for each student. Each theater production group should also receive individual feedback on their performance as a whole, but this would not be part of the standard for any student.

2. The skill of evaluating plot, character, theme, language, sound, and spectacle is required to fulfill the theater portion of the intermediate Artistic Creativity, Performance and Expression standard. If this has not been accomplished in the course of each task throughout the project, a teacher may want to add a final task of evaluation with an appropriate checklist.
