The Minnesota Office of Technology and the 1998 International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference Host Committee are excited to offer an innovative way for teachers across Minnesota to meet the newly established standards for the arts through ACT'98 (Arts, Culture & Technology)!

ACT'98 occurred during the 1998 ITU Plenipotentiary Conference, October 12 - 14, 1998. The event consisted of six live performances: three of these performances linked Minnesota students to artists in other countries; the other three highlighted local and national artists. Your students can still benefit from this unique program through the resources on this web site: a specially prepared set of educational materials, including performance assessment materials, lesson plans, videos of the performances and question and answer transcipts.
